We\u2019ll be happy to see you at our reception after 14:00 at CHECK-IN and sad to see you leave at CHECK-OUT until 11:00. If you feel like sleeping in and having a late check-out, please let the reception staff know the day before.<\/p>\n
If you don\u2019t inform us and you check-out after 10:00 we have to charge a late check-out which is 50% of room\/bed rate.<\/p>\n
Early check-in depends on the day since all our guests leave at a different time, some oftenstaying until check-out time, so just check with us at least the day before coming if there\u2019s a possibility to check-in early.<\/p>\n
Our housekeepers start cleaning at 11:00am. They will always try to be quiet, but after 11:00 it could get louder since they have to prepare apartments for check-in of other guests so be understanding.<\/p>\n
The breakfast is served from 8 till 10 am, and you can get it in our Kitchen-Common area in Main Square Hostel on 3rd floor.<\/p>\n
Cilindar apartments and facilities are all smoke-free. Please respect that, if you want to smoke, you can go to our hostel where we have a smoking room.<\/p>\n
If you notice or make any damage in the apartment, please let the us know immediately so we can take care of it as soon as possible. To prevent paying a damage fee, please take care of the apartment property as if it was your own.<\/p>\n
It is really important to us that you get Cilindar xperience and that you are satisfied with your stay. If you run into any problems, please always contact us, we will help sort out any misunderstandings.
